Happy residential complex in Ternopil, Ukraine

GRIM team has developed a comprehensive concept, a complete set of working drawings for construction, and also conducts observation at the site. The project was developed jointly with the following companies NVK Group and Lviv Bud.

The complex includes 8 stages of construction, 13 residential sections and a sports complex. Since the complex is located on a slope, the plot is benched, the playgrounds, sports areas, barbecue areas, etc. are located between the houses there. Only temporary entry is arranged in the courtyards for the delivery of goods to commercial premises. The main traffic is around the complex, so the courtyards will be only for residents, without cars.
 

Under the entire territory of the complex there is a one - and two-level underground parking.

Since the complex has a fairly high population density (this is 100,000 m² of housing, approximately 1,500 apartments), the key focus in our concept is the improvement and efficient use of adjacent territories. As well as bright eco-facades with an abundance of greenery and natural motifs.

The highlight of the complex is its proximity to the only one in Ternopil ski lift "Savych Park".
